Early rise a 9am flight to Barcelona, a plane change and onto Vienna. 9am and it is 22 degrees.
Great views as we fly over the alps arriving 2:30pm and it is 4 degrees, at last a use for the heavy coat I have lugged everywhere.
The hotel is right in the centre of town and as hoped punch stalls are up and xmas decorations in blaze. It got dak at 3:45!
Early dinner in my favourite wine keller and of course had to have Vienna Schnitzel for dinner.
It is good to be back, it is still special place for us. Think I need just one more hot punch.
